Above Avg Sunset Pics...
From last eve, shot from our deck, at 5,000 ft elev.
Interesting to see the progression from "ok looking" at 7:48 PM, then 7:55 PM and finally at 7:57...at 8:00 it was gone and looking blah. And, an artsyfartsy sunrise thrown in for good measure. Not a fookin drop of rain here again, since Fay went by 12 days ago. Bone freakin dry; can hardly wait for the annual autumn fire season here in the mtns of far western NC. Thanks for looking... OMG! That last one is breathtaking!

Holy moly.
I know it's been said a million times, but that last picture is what I think of when I imagine heaven. |
I'll see your 5000 ft elevation... I got 5 ft! (and they wonder why we flood occasionally?)

All excellent shots, and that last one is stunning.

I really like the last one you threw in, but the sun on the clouds is an awesome pic.

Great pics, as usual, mD
Shot 45 + 37 today :( Beautiful day here, just couldn't get anything going on the front. My brand new SQ2 3W didn't operate correctly :p: |
