Funny because just a few months back they were saying "production doesn't need to be increased. Production isn't driving the price up, the markets are"

Now "productions needs to be lowered to stabilize the price" BS

"production doesn't need to be increased"... but since people are used to paying $4/gallon, then yeck lets DECREASE it to maintain it that way!
