1) recind Sarbanes-Oxley
2) recind Community Reinvestment Act of 1995
3) put back the uptick rule
4) put pack the original restrictions to Fannie-Mae & Freddie-Mac loans

Personally, I'd also like to see forfeiture of CEO "golden parachutes" if the company flounders or loses money due to mis-management. It wouldn't hurt to see some board of directors fired either. And WHY is the new 18-day CEO of Wachovia getting a $13+million severance?
