HOLY CRAP!!!
 

I just went to get gas in my X since I was on the low fuel light.... was happy to see the regular at 1.93 a gallon, 2.03 for mid and 2.13 for super (93). Figured I'd fill her up with premium... what I didn't do is pay CLOSE attention to the price on the pump! And it REALLY made my day!!!

Now who loves clerical errors?????

Damn...we used to jump up and down when we got Sunoco Blue,
aka Sunoco 260, back in the early '60s on Woodward Ave in
the MotorCity, for less than a Qtr a gallon!

It had so much freakin lead in it, even my bent to the nines,
heavily breathed on 283 Chevy V8, punched to ~300+, ran
like a champ.

Ah, the good old days...

I'm sure you donated the mistaken "diff" to some good charity, Weasel?! ;)

awesome !!! but I believe they can still charge ya the 'supposed' amount within a day or so not sure...it was on the news here...same decimal point mistake...Must be great when it happens...:)

One of the first people I called about this was one of my friends thats a cop, so he could get his wifey down there with the big truck... he called me back about 20 minutes later dissapointed. Before she had a chance to get out of the house with the kid (my adorable godson) someone had called 911 about it, said they "feared for the clerks life" because the gas was 21 cents a gallon.................. I don't get it?
