I think it's great, I was always very impressed with the current Fusion, I think it's a great vehicle!

Additionally the new Fusion is easily the 2nd best car in it's class behind the Altima, it could even tie for first, it's beautiful!

Nope, unless you like driving a vacuum cleaner on the freeway.

Come we are talking about two cars that are in different classes.

Both good cars maybe even great cars but not direct competitors.

The Mazda does beat Nissan and Toyota the real competitors.

Not everyone needs/wants or can afford BMW the Mazda is a nice car.

For a informed car person, that has the money, a BMW 3 or 1 is a much better car.

I think Mazda has hired some designers from Isuzu .........

I like the recent Mazda's. Had a 6 rental a few months back and it was pretty damn good for what it was. The interior was low quality relative to the other Japanese cars, but drove great for being a $20k car.

I know there are some euro regulations causing the front ends of cars to be more pedestrian friendly but DAMN.... the japanese auto makers are creating some really ugly cars these days.... The new Maxima is terrible and I have always liked the previous generations ... I have typically liked the Mazda styling until this hideous giant mouthed version. The lexus RX posted in another thread is ok i guess until you again get to the front.... Why do the lights now need to consume 60% of the front end of cars these days????
