If he gets out of this something is really wrong with our legal system.

He won't do a single day in jail. He'll be on probation legally, and league wise, the NFL and Roger Goodell will suspend him for the first 4 games of next season, since obviously he won't be playing the rest of this year. And yes...I concur...He is an idiot..

Yeah..well Pacman has had numerous and I mean numerous encounters with the law and several of the incidents (not just one) involved gunplay, and most if not all of them involved violence. And here we are...Pacman practicing (even after his latest incident, no gunplay involved though) and ready to take the field this weekend. Lovely isn't it?

I'm sure it was legal and registered to him. But you can't "carry" a weapon without a concealed weapons license. Which obviously he doesn't have. Also it is illegal to discharge a firearm I believe in city limits without just cause.
