bracelets and laptops..
 

Just wondering what you guys do to protect your laptop from your bracelets and vice versa?

I banged up my last laptop pretty good and am hoping to avoid doing it again. Any suggestions?

I have four bracelets
but of course the simple answer is..........

Easier said then done. I wear a Cartier Love Bracelet that the wifey got me for our anniversary. It's a chunky, white gold piece that gets screwed on and off your wrist. You actually need a screwdriver to take it off.

So not exactly practical for taking off for laptop use.

- As far as StatenX5 and his opinions.. Pffffft. I have that jackass on ignore. And I could really careless what an asshat like that thinks of anything that I do or wear.

I'm comfortable enough in my masculinity to wear whatever it is that I so please.

I remeber you asking if it was a good idea to buy that braclet acouple of months ago!!

I wear tiffany braclet that my wife (girlfriend at the time) got me right after I gave her the blue box (that is tiffany engagment ring for the guys)... eight years later of not taking it off ...no problem with any labtops!!

The bracelets are great. I get compliments on them all the time..

The only thing that bothers me is working out. I lift heavy weights and box so I'm constantly wrapping my wrists for support. The bracelet can get in the way and takes some adjusting.. But really, it's no big deal.

The reason I ask though is because I dinged up my last laptop pretty bad. It was definitely because of my last bracelet which was made of black titanium and was twisted like a nautical rope. Really cool bracelet, but it did it's damage on my cpu case.

I don't know if the white gold will have the same effect. I suspect it won't cause it's a much softer metal.
