Did you know that a rental toyota matrix can do a perfect 45 degree drift around a curvy road at a mere 15-20 mph with the proper feathering if the e-brake handle? I felt like I was in the slow motion recap of a road race drift!

Did you know that if you put that same matrix in an empty, snow filled parking lot... and put it in reverse with the wheels turned then hit the gas and pull the e-brake, it will do donuts pivoting around the rear tires... :D

So at least I got to enjoy driving/playing in the snow on empty roads in a rental with insurance!

16 degrees this am, 0 degree wind chill. 32 mph winds with gusts up to 40 mph. BRRRRRR

It was 8F when I woke up this morning with a -6F wind chill. Brrrrr! The winds were out of control last night! The wreaths on my windows were scraping against the windows all night and it sounded like nails on a chalkboard. :scared:

Our neighbors back on the Mtn at 5,000 feet, reported 3 degs F this am, heading for maybe 15, :rolleyes:

A nice 50 here this am in SW FLA, heading for ~70 F.
