Hello All!

I need some help!

I need to have my Condo painted, it's a 1 bedroom 1 bath, approx 850 sq ft. It's got a large front room and a decent bedroom/bathroom.

I have selected 3 flat paints, of which I will supply the paint etc.

Any idea what a good price would be for painting? This doesn't include touch ups as they were just done OR painting base boards etc.

Free... DIY. Unless you really hate painting, it's a pretty small job - might be easier than you think. Have a painting party and invite your friends... but wait to open the drinks till after the the painting is done ;-)

paying someone to paint that small of a place is a waste of money. DIY.

Sounds like DIY wins. But if you must get someone get 3 estimates then hide all of your belongings for at least a week........ :rofl:

That's a very small job....DIY. or call these guys for free estimate. They will touch-up for free and their workers have background checked so you don't have to worry about your stuff
