amazing what people will do. it would have cost him few dollars for some salt, or even to hire someone else to do the job. I bet his home insurance will not cover the damages..just wow..

it's a triple decker i.e. trailer, I doubt he has insurance of any kind whatsovever, and home insurance would have to cover it because all though it was stupid he was doing it in a well-ventillated and seemingly controlled manner would be the argument and it unforseably got out of control
