As a side note - what bad publicity for Lexus/Toyota and the dangers of hybrids!

Terrible publicity for Lexus/Toyota...It will be inetresting to see what how they respond to this incident. If i'm the doc, its lawsuit time...

The strange thing is that the photo does not look that bad.

No fire and the hood open, how do you become injured if you are in the drivers seat?

Toyota does "blow away" the Honda hybrid....

Considering an explosion caused the damage it looks pretty bad to me.

I wish him a speedy recovery, and that he does not take the "Free Lexus/Valium for life" option Lexus better offer him.

Lexus seems to be the car of doctors and dentist.

It now looks like it was a malicious incident involving a bomb placed on the car. Very tragic but it appears that he will make it!
