So sorry to hear about your baby. It's really sad and I guess that's the reality of having a pet. We look at our 19 month old Rottweiler and just cannot imagine him being old much less at the end of his life. We can't think about it and just enjoy him everyday and give him a good life. That's what you did and you know you have a very happy dog.

I lost my beautiful rednose pitbull early this year and truly do feel for you. Cherish the wonderful memories you have of her.

I'm sure this rings true: The only thing wrong with family pets is that they don't live long enough.

I can relate. I just lost my little princess "Zema" 2 weeks ago. I get depressed every night I come home.
It's amazing the effect that animals have on us. Believe me, I understand! Give her all the love you can "NOW"! Do it!
