I you have distinct goals, look at the people in those positions. Were they promoted from within? Will you be happy waking up in 5/10 yrs as that person.

The company's history, culture and reputation should match what they vocalise. Be careful if the pieces don't fit.

I would add job satisfaction and job flexibility (i.e. the ability to work at home when needed).

I ticked off "growth in co.", as I was focused in getting "ahead", however that translates, from my early career in the mid-70s
through the '90s. Dough, satisfaction, etc., came with it, although constant travel & stress also came along for the ride.

I always kept in mind however, that no matter how much one likes/loves their job/company/situ, it will never "love you back", imo.

And, being older and addled, I forgot to check more than one box...
that's why I am a RetiredBum. :D It will be interesting to see the poll results.
