Tech people chime in
I am looking for a replacement battery and wall charger for an old 15" Mac G4 PowerBook laptop. My wife has one that is still in great shape except the battery doesn't take a charge and the dog ate the power cord so it is only useful as a replacement for 3rd base. :tsk: I love that it has a backlit keyboard unlike my newer MacBook and it still works if it would get some power. It's still good for surfing the Net and other little tasks that don't take too much horsepower.
Any suggestions on where to get a good and reasonably priced replacement battery and power cord? Aftermarket is fine as long as they're reputable. TIA |
can't comment on battery but IMO, I'd stick with OEM on power supplies. Ebay is a hit or miss unless you have some saveee shopping skills.
too much fakes out there. I once purchased a 8K Cisco product and it turned out to be a fake. Crazy serial # was registered to NASA.... |
I bought a couple laptop batteries several months ago from LaptopBatteryExpress, and got them significantly cheaper than Dell itself.
