(And, funny remark about the really good cam!)

That selected pic was literally a snapshot taken with my
old lil' pocket Canon S50, a few years ago. It was actually
shot in March, '05, as I noted upon submission, and a rare
"ice day" up here. We get snow, we get hoar frost, we rarely
get ice on tree limbs, at this elevation. I'll toss up my other
submissions, but you have seen them all before...

To drag this out further, and prodded by Ray, here are the other
3 pics I submitted for the calendar contest. They were supposed
to be put into Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter categories, but obviously
there is a lil' stretch in the season final selections. The orig ~900
pics received, were whittled down by "Ray" and his crew to about
50, and then a combo of on line voting and Ray & crew made the
final selections. I am really surprised my Full Moon Over Waynesville
didn't make the cut, as it is one of my fave/luckiest shots ever
snapped, imo. That pic was also taken on my pocket Canon S50.
