Anyone have real life experience with it? My car dailed out today for oil service....I'll wait and see how long it takes the dealer to call me back. I'll act surprised like the guy in the promo video :D ........Phil

Hey Phil...Do you have the Concierge Service? If not, you'll probably receive an e-mail or phone call (home phone or whichever number is on file) from your Service Department letting you know your vehicle requested service. You'll only receive the call in the car (like the one in the commercial) if you have the Concierge Service.

I'm thinking they'll call my mobile number. It's been about 4 days so I'll wait to see what happens. The ticker is still showing 1100 miles until service. As for concierge service....no way. Can't justify a real use for it.....Phil
