A Day's Collection of Our "Views"...

I shot a collection of images on Thursday October 22, 2009, from sunrise to sunset. All the pics were taken from our "deck view", albeit with different focal lengths, exposures, etc. Intermixed are a couple shots of our ball chasing track, (as I played that day), and a trio of shots of my Vette parked in front of the new clubhouse driveway, at Laurel Ridge CC.

The scenes were shot with my Canon 40D, 17-85mm lens, and the golf course shots & Vette pics were shot with my 5 yr old lil' Canon S50, which still kicks azz.

All the views are from the same day; the different looks we get here as the day progresses, are remarkable in their change & variation, imo.
NEway, thanks for looking!

Nice shots, nice view, nice house, but I like the vette best!

I still don't understand how one could live in such an overpopulated cement jungle like that... jeez. ;)

I could only wish to be able to have a place like that as a summer home when I reach retirement age. Something tells me I may still be working at the same dealer though, we have a few master techs that are at/past the retirement age and either work there just for something to do, to keep current insurance policies, or just for the continued paychecks...

As usual, beautiful pics! Some of those mountain names sound familiar... I think I hiked one of them back in the good ol days of the boyscouts. (I really miss the constant hiking/canoeing trips)

Stunning shots as usual. Would love to have the full rez image of one of the 1st 2 pics to make some wallpapers for my various pc's.

Always appreciate your pics that are straight from 'lifestyles of the rich and famous.' I am going to be like MD if/when I ever grow up.

Very cool pics as usual. Makes me itch for a short drive to my neck of the Blue Ridge.

What a great view. I'd start everyday on that deck catching the sunrise.

In that case someone should point the camera towards the deck! to give ua a view of that people wear when watching the sunrise! ;)
