Jeff took time this holiday to help me resolve an issue I've been dealing with for months and posted here on Xoutpost. Out of the blue I get a PM from Jeff offering his help and over the holiday weekend Jeff had tracked down the problem and followed through until it was fixed.

Jeff came through from me and in doing so really helped me out of a tight spot.

Thanks again Jeff and happy holidays to you and your family.

Jeff is actually a great guy! One of the best people I have ever met.

Most definitely a fine gentleman. I got a nice text from him over the holidays with belated birthday wishes and turkey day salutations.
