so no comments from the peanut gallery about the french.

Day 4 that the RATP (Think Metro, MBTA, BART, etc) is on strike. Fifth strike since I got to France. (In September) At least I have a gym and a really good shopping center within walking distance. I'm on track for 3 workouts today and maybe I can read one of the 23kg of books I have packed.

Thank GOD they're changing from my line after 4 days. Besides 3 AM and 3 PM trains, there is no way to get ANYWHERE. This is the reason that my car is well acquainted with downtown Boston and Atlanta, and I just walk when I'm in New York. I don't even know what they're bitching about this time.
