Holding up? People in Canada and Alaska are laughing their asses off about this "winter storm". It's snow people, either you know how to drive in it and you can leave your home, or do us all a favor and stay in one place if you're that scared. I can't stand people that have no clue what they're doing in inclimate weather, but at least I get a good laugh when I watch them being reported on the evening news while in a ditch.

 I wish we could get 12" here. All we have had is 2" so far this year. Maybe Wednesday we will get some more.

I really wanted to drive my X5 but I couldn't since it's still being fixed in the service center.
I had 328xi for a loaner and it did handle just fine last night.

:iagree: There was a snow storm in Kirkland/Bothell about 4yrs ago, and it literally took me about 8hrs to go 4 miles...to many god damn idiots who didn't belong on the highway. I had a stupid chick in a Geo Metro stop in front of me for literally no reason on a right turning, banked uphill offramp. I had to have my friend get out and push my 7 away from the barrier while I floored the car in order to keep it moving forwards instead of sideways. Luckily for her, like 3 other guys in a passing 4x4 got out and pushed her out of our way so us and all the other cars on the offramp could keep going. Needless to say, we would have left her stupid ass there if we could have since she caused this unnecessary event to even take place.

A pic of the snow storm from the Aqua sat...friends of ours back on the NC Mtns report they are still without electricity, since Friday night.
Some have generators, some are huddling in the dark, next to their wood stove/fireplace. A few are just SOL...
