Did you watch her other videos on YouTube? Even after that guy took his ass whipping, she followed him outside still running her mouth. She might have been next had the police not showed up.

Yeah... I saw that video from the other forum, but man the old guy was still piss off... Did you read the back of his shirt? "I AM A MOTHERFUCKER"

I remember it reading something, but I didn't know it said that. That guy was really pumped up, but I kind of wonder if there was anything else wrong w/ him as well...but then again, I was livid like that when a guy sideswiped my 7 and drove away, forcing me to chase him down for like 2 miles before the police came.

That was sweet :D My grandfather was a boxer in the Navy and then fought for money and fun when he got out for years. This reminded me of him and also reminded me you should respect your elders ;)

o0o please tell, i am interested in that story aswell!

Long story short, I chased the guy down while trying to call 911 (new phone and it was going through my phonebook instead of dialing the digits 911), so I got out and told him to stop his truck, and he body checked me w/ his door. I then proceeded to drill his face through the window and he tried to drive away again. I had a handful of witnesses at court, from both where he hit my car and where he hit me w/ his truck. Once in court, the judge sided w/ this guy because "of my physical size" and that I threw the 1st punch. So basically I got screwed for not being a skinny ass twig due to the size I put on in the military, a technicality and a judge who wouldn't even entertain the witnesses - all who were complete strangers. Apparently hit and runs on a car and hitting me w/ his door, 5 witnesses there to testify in my case (who never even got heard), doesn't make you guilty enough in Boise.

Not more than a week later, I saw a hit and run happen directly in front of me from some guy who tried pushing a Lexus RX300 out of his way using someone elses Dodge Dakota. The person that got pushed and myself called the police, and I made sure to give a thorough description so these people don't get screwed by a hit and run driver. I absolutely HATE people that can't or think they can get away w/ owning up to complete screw ups like this, or just people who aren't responsible for their own actions in general. Oh crap, I just stubbed my toe...who put that damn table here?! Find me a lawyer

interesting video. A closer look shows that there's equal
responsibility for demonstrating bad behaviour.

Both of them pushed the envelope and the older person
who should have demonstrated a mature attitude and
some self control. Instead he added fuel to the fire

Looking at the way he acted IMO he provoked it by
being confrontational. Note the second video.
Apparently the police thought He needed to be taken
to the hospital for mental evaluation.

Sorry Quick, most of the blame here has to be placed on the guy who got popped. The older guy went to the front of the bus to give the wanna be tough guy space. He even asked him why he was being so hostile. Then Mr. crap talker had to show off for everyone on the bus by walking up to the front of the bus and getting in the older guys face not once, but twice. Not only that, but he made the first move towards the older guy. Seems like the mentally unstable older man had more sense until physically provoked anyway. Wanna be tough guy got what he asked for.
