The concept is foolish and anyone with any intelligence could see that these structures are ill conceived and there is no guarantee lol who would you file the claim with.....Now is a great time to profit off hysteria. You can just the same way this guy is... just say you're going to build this multimillion dollar underground society for any type of armageddon, and say it will make that place look like a motel 6 while you're the top scale. And once enough people pay up 50k construction will start! Basically all this is anyways, wonder how many idiots will pay up and it never even make it to construction?
