I'm in a retro mode. Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground has been a recent favorite. Been listening to Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Joe Cocker and the Beatles. My last mode was the Blues. I just ordered Joe Bonamassa's new CD. Yes, I still buy CDs :rofl:

I admit that I am a "back bleacher of the peanut gallery", GaGa fan...no excuse. :D

Just another example that music crosses all boundaries and knows no limits. Truely the universal language.

First a band I saw when they first started out and said they really had a chance, they are now signed and touring! Straight Line Stitch, kinda unique by being a metal band fronted by a cute little black girl that can sing/scream with the best of them.






Then a band I heard about on VH1 after their practice room was fookin bombed! That's right, a thrashy little metal band from Baghdad called Acrassicauda.

Good song and vid. I like Interpol. This is probably my favorite from them right now. Sorry the video won't play, but you can still hear the song. I couldn't find an actual viideo for this song.
