Colorado Alum here- I'm confident Boulder would win if they did more "field" testing....
I made time to quickly drive around the campus in Boulder a few years back when I was out that way for work. It was a beautiful campus and I have always heard there is no shortage of good times there either. ;)

When I my sister was working out there. I once visited her, WOW the site was AWESOME! And I do not mean the mountains, it was different kinds of mountains, if you know what I mean;)
