I was planning on acquiring this property last Friday and then out of nowhere I somehow managed to NOT win the megamillions. Go figure I thought it was a sure thing. Beautiful design, although I must say it is a pity a house with that much glass doesn't have a better view. (ocean, mountainside etc). For 35 million I would rather contract him to build a smaller version atop the hills in north shore Oahu! :D

Probably takes a team of 6 window washers to clean the windows - if it was just one, he'd never leave the job - by the time he got done, it would be time to start again

the garage has to have a wash station - just can't imagine a dirty tool in there
