BMW Select?

Has anyone financed with BMW Select?

I'm looking at the 2011 X5 35D (loaded with an MSRP around 63k)

The BMW Select payment is coming in quite a bit lower with less money down but I'm worried about the balloon payment of 25k

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
