Naming your car

I just don't get it. Do people who name their cars name their houses and microwave ovens too?

/carry on.

I don't name mine.

It's a female thing. A girl once looked at me like I was crazy when I said I DON'T name my car. She tried her hardest to start a trend of calling my car "Antonio" or some bs. I wouldn't have it. I think it's ridiculous

I seldom do/did either, although we did call the CEO's old pos Honda CR-V
"the Fridge", as it looked like one; and, I catch myself calling her new Hyundai Tucson the "new Fridge".

It's just a joke between she & I...

T/R: you gotta a day off today, or sumpin'?! ;)

That is actually an acceptable name, imo.

I would think that my support of your scotch habit would be more important to you. I can call the plant and slow down production if you like :)

I agree. Like I've called my brothers explorer the "exploder". But actual names like Antonio are just plain weird lol.

that's not true - loads of men name their car. My three Xs have all been called Xena. A friend had a 3-series called HMS Bavaria (because it handled like a boat). Another friend had a Scirocco called Budgie. Another had an Audi Coupé calle "the Shed". Another a Mini called Matilda etc, etc....
