I don't think it is an X drive model, the front wheels aren't spinning. That makes it an S drive, rwd only.

She was even more of an idiot: trying to drive a rwd vehicle, with summer tires, in snow, from outside the vehicle.

Pretty sharp eye, JCL...something was bugging me about that, as I watched it a couple more times; just didn't make sense that the X just sat there, rear tires spinning, on not much snow or ice.

And, I am not keeping up with all the BMW iterations/nomenclature/designations, these days. :confused:

FYI: The 1er does not come in xDrive form. Vehicles in the UK and Europe are equipped with summer tires (unlike North America). Recipe for disaster in snow.

Fair enuf dumb move. OTOH, where has the milk of human kindness gone that a person would rather videotape someone with their vehicle stuck rather than going out to help. I, for one, would have gone and helped....
