Insane riding commute in Moscow traffic

This guy will never be late for work due to traffic :wow: :loco:
Crazy Moscow Motorcyclist's Crazy High-Speed Commute

amacman 02-08-2011 12:47 PM

the cops will be watching for him now
the rider should be jailed for riding at those speeds in traffic .

Boston X5 4.4 02-08-2011 01:07 PM

...hope he filled out an organ donor card...someone else should at least benefit from this 'tard if/when he gets grated

FSETH 02-08-2011 01:09 PM

More than jailed. He should never be allowed to drive a motor vehicle again. Period.

NIGHTMAREuki 02-08-2011 01:44 PM

if he continues this way he will be a hood ornament really soon

brian5 02-08-2011 01:48 PM

Saw this on Dvorak's Blog a couple of days ago. Amazing but STUPID. I was sure it was going to end badly...

It will eventually. Hopefully, it wont involve anyone but himself though.

Weasel 02-08-2011 02:11 PM

No need filling out the organ donor card, there will be no usable organs left when he crashes. It's not a matter of if but when with that type of riding, and we can only hope he doesn't take others with him when it happens.

X5rolls 02-08-2011 02:27 PM

No fear, or brains.

I kept watching to see if the images were sped up but it looks like it was played back in real-time.

How many commutes like this could he do?

chilliwilli 02-08-2011 02:48 PM

This reckless riding is for the tracks...but since authorities don't seem to be cracking down on reckless stunts/night racing on Moscow streets, i assume this will remain a growing trend :shakehead:

I very much doubt that this was his daily commute...

Naz24 02-08-2011 03:34 PM

I have a feeling the trend will die off relatively swiftly.

blktoptrvl 02-08-2011 03:53 PM

1. How can anyone travel that far without encountering ANY cross traffic at all?
2. I didn't know they made SPAM in Russia.

how dangerous it was??? He was pushing his luck almost the entire time.

IMO, no one is that lucky that they can repeat that ride over and over --- he obviously knows how to ride but there are so many variables with the cars and the traffic flow.

EDIT: And it's recorded at 9:20am :)

Saw this a while back...he's got skills however the roads are in no way to be showing them...at least not through that traffic...one unexpected move from another driver and he is toast...

I'd say 30-50 mph when traffic was stopped and probably 80 when it was moving.

Davy_Jones 02-08-2011 06:29 PM

In summer you can see here in Russia such stupid drivers every night. Not only by bikes but also by cars.
Usually they remove licence plates but some of them don't have it though

:iagree: I have no idea what is going on in Moscow right now. Seems like everyone likes to block traffic then drag race over there as well. Even on interstates.

Guess you don't have enough cops out there to catch and beat down the drivers?

chilliwilli 02-08-2011 09:07 PM

Civil action...

from 4 minutes on the video , I reckon 40 up to 60 mph .
from 5 minutes , I reckon 80 to 100 mph , seriously , been there done that , not as mad as that rider though . one can`t get away with that often .
0- 60 mph on the R1 takes 2-3 seconds . 40 - 100 mph is similar .
thing is , it could go quicker if you can keep the front wheel on or near the road .
on the more open parts of road he`s going over 100 .

Great bike control when lane splitting but that guy will wind up being a stain on the road if he keeps riding like that. Or like this...

I sent that to my nine year old grandson. He likes playing
those driver video games. I bet he'll get a kick out of that.
Of course the stupid driver (short) lecture will follow.
