SWR, I think it looks good.

Thanks everybody for your input! It does indeed stand for SWR, or San Wu Rubber. I'm based out of Taiwan (btw this is not an advertisement of any kind lol) ... the consulting firm that designed this logo based it on our business, which is manufacturing rubber belts (V-belts, conveyer belts, power transmission belts, etc.), so that logo is actually a belt going out pulleys (which you don't see)....

Anyway, thanks again!!! :D

So what did the consulting firm charge for that design?

For the entire package, including envelope, letterhead, etc., is the equivalent of approx $6,000 US dollars

:wow: The rubber belt business must be good but apparently not as good as the logo design business!;)

I guess that's somewhat reasonable considering we shelled out $30K for a similar package with a web site design as well.

you can say that again! I was thinking to myself that I'm in the wrong business when I got the bill for this! lol ... apparently this same company recently redesigned Sharp's logo .... unfortunately for Sharp it cost them a hell of a lot more than $6,000 ... :D
