oh ya ive heard about this... supposably she is tryin to have a lawsuit bout this..

"Hi I'm famous...I'm going to sit in my back yard with my top off and hope nobody sees" has to be the stupidist thing I've ever seen. I heard the guy that took the pics was over a mile away.

Nice. I have always loved her nips :D I used to watch Friends just to see those headlights in their full glory popping out in almost all of her scenes.

Doesn't she deserve a little privacy, though? Yes, she's famous, and topless... but she's topless IN HER HOUSE! Even if it is her backyard, it's still her house -- which, surely has walls, trees, security systems and the whole nine yards. All of this so that can have some privacy.

If she were out on the beach topless, and is photographed, she has not right to complain. But, in her own house? C'mon... a little ridiculous.

As much as I enjoy seeing her tatas, she has every right to sue, and I hope she wins.

well...she has to know that cameras are always on her...what does she expect...I think the whole celebrity thing is so over blown in our culture...they are people who burp n fart too, they just happend to have major duckets and are in front of cameras...does not make them smarter or noble.....

the person who figures out who to cure...ya know what..forget it...it will never happen...like when I hear that Jessica and the hubby are splitting...I really do not give a shit...but I will hear about it on every news outlet..at least twice...I just don't find it news worthy...

Yes, she has to know that cameras are always on her... while in public! When she's in her own home, she has the right to expect privacy. We all do, celebrity or not.
