i'm looking at chrome guage rings, and alluminum pedal set. I think that should be reasonable.

Think Ive figured this out already, although, theres a company on ebay (Colorado) that claims to sell OEM running boards for 550 bucks a set...Does anyone have any experience with them?!

I live in Denver, Colorado and I have plenty of experience with them. Its a BMW dealership called Ralph Schomp. I can not say enough good things about them. They are selling them at an excellent price. Last time I was in, they order a few hoping they would sell quickly but it turned out the demand wasn't that high. Since I'm in Colorado, I have to pay for tax. I have purchased many things for my X with them, the prices are very good. I would highly reccomend them... If you need any more info, just ask.

I'm getting mine a new owner, so you might say I'm putting it up for adoption.... it's the right thing to do.
