some *REAL* bullshit
go to google.
try in the word : failure then click i'm feeling lucky..... this is a big problem. this is how GOOGLE plans on directing traffic and essentially controlling traffic (ie media) to accomplish its own goals. this is total bullshit. it does this already with all its commercial sites. its 'algorithm' approach is skewed by two things: (1) its agenda and (2) how much $$$ companies and sites pay google to 'move them up' the list for directed word searches. Its about high time people become aware of the agenda of google. Regardless of anyone's opinion, that is not objective search engine function. |
It's not google doing it.
Google results can be manipulated by submitting keywords to a webcrawler that simply has "Bush Failure" in the non-displayed sub-code over and over. This trick has been around for a long time. |
really? google seo tactics state that their algorithms prevent people from doing exactly that (meaning webcrawlers). gresch, try doing a search on google for X5 world DIY and FAQ in various permutations, then conduct a similar search on yahoo, and the other minor search engines, and see where this site comes up.
google does not stick to its own rules. unique content? apparently we don't have unique content (per google) hence our PR score, yet the # of hits we get a day is astronomical. complete BS imho. |
message boards don't get crawled in the same way.
the funny thing is if you google "bush failure google" you'll get the full explanation. |

Okay, let's just set the previous post, which was a very reasonable explaination by the way, aside for a moment. When have companies not had agendas? Sure the utopian idea of innocent corporations seems nice, but come on, let's face the facts.
