Best Buy got atleast 20 XBOX 360 at each store...
 

Unfortunately I just found out and went to four Best Buys and couldn't find one...

There were people camping out all night for those things. You had no chance. :tsk:

I was in some game store the other day (one of them in the mall), killing time with my son while my wife was in another store. They had two XBox 360's sitting there for sale.

Yeah, I have been trying to get one since November and still can't get one. I don't have the money to pay the premium for what a lot of people are paying for them. It sucks that so many people are using this to take advantage of people who really want one because they love video games; to earn a profit.

A few employees said they would sell the ones that they got for $800. And I said no thanks, the employees knew about Best Buy getting another shipment and was able to get them; although they aren't allowed to hold them. But I know someone that got a few held back for themselves back at the intial launch, but that person sold them on eBay at that time for over $1000.00. This really makes me mad, that if you have a hook-up or connection somewhere you get special privileges...

Don't worry about it man. It's a capitalistic society. Trust me, in a few months there will be so many Xbox360's...
It's been like this with every console launch.

:iagree: you are much better off waiting until after the holidays for one, if you can. Supply will catch up with demand and pricing will fall into line accordingly.

I'm just waiting until Halo3 is out and the consoles are moddable.

Although the 360 has had mediocore reviews, is one of those things that makes me act like a kid again.

I went to Sam's Club and was playing with their model cars for over thirty minutes looking at each and everyone.

I know supply will catch up with demand after the holidays but I'll be back in school and won't have too much extra time once January comes around...
