Help with PSP !
 

I have a PSP and want to convert a DVD's movies to watch on it.I know you guys in the states got your PSP 6 month before us in the uk so I am hoping that you have done this already. I have a 1GB memory card and purchased a program to do this but it won't copy the DVD I can drag across AVI file and MP3 but not from a DVD. Thanks in advance

here's how i do it:
1 rip dvd to avi ( i use Super DVD Ripper )
2. convert avi to mpeg4 for PSP ( i use Xilsoft PSP video converter)
now the movie is in a numerical filename( ex. 100MNV1345 )- dont rename or else PSP wont read it.
3. Put this file in this folder ( MP-ROOT ) in the memory stick:
MP_ROOT--->100MNV1345( this is the movie)
4. turn psp, go to Video and choose movie and enjoy!

there might be an easier way to do it, but i kinda got used to doing this. :thumbup:
