Will never pass, imo, esp the 'home address' section. No board/forum I know of requires one to list a home address, even a made up one...

Those NY elected geniuses, like any/all state legislators, sit around, or turn over rocks looking for politically charged topics, and dream up stuff to start the 'bill' process.

Then there are States Rights vs Fed...if I am not in NY, etc., etc., What a nightmare of ineffectualness dreamed up by 'government can cure your/society's ills' contingent.
