Big fail here. It looks like a BMW dealer's service area because of those unique tiles they're supposed to use.

Hope this didn't happen at your dealer. :D

I assume it fell because it appears to be a little light in the front.

Either the tech did not put the lift arms properly or the lift was not maintained and had malfunction with arm. :dunno: They do look old Rotary lifts. The lift arms on in-ground 3rd bay are 20+ years old.

I think that's what Michelle was hoping for. :D

I don't have the back story on this disaster but I would BET that the dealer tried to weasle out of it somehow and the owner of the 3er had to fight like hell, or is still fighthing for a replacement.
