Why So Many Russians Have Dashcams
 

You may have wondered why so many of those meteorite pictures were captured live by Russian dashcams. Here is the reason why. Russian roadways are like some libertarian wet dream.

I have toyed with the idea of a dash cam. There are some good ones that are inexpensive and easy to install. My thought was that it would be great to protect me from false claims like these. Losers....

It's for insurance reasons. There are a lot of fraud cases I.e. people running out into the street so u hit them, drivers slamming on the brakes, etc..
