To get to your user notes:
Click 'User CP' up in the title bar. Then on the left tool bar that is titled Your Control Panel, click the link that says 'Your Profile.' Then click the 'Statistics' tab, and go down and create a user note. Just replace your link with the finalized one there and you are good to go. I updated my signature with my new "XPage"
