Touch screen MP3 player using the Aux input
 

Has anyone fashioned a solution for playing MP3s with some sort of touch screen mp3 player mounted on the dash with a hard wire power and using the Aux input?
( non- apple product )

Just want a simple cheap player/solution where I can browse folders of MP3s and play...
