X5 and dension - yet another one with bluetooth and sav nav problems

First of all, ice link and TV are both absolutely fine...

I'm pretty certain I've read the instructions properly, and I thought I had swapped the cables correctly too.

The original BMW plug had the following: (this is the x13598 plug)

2 - brown (CDC)
8 - yellow (CDC)
9 - black (CDC)
10 - yellow (telephone audio?)
11 - yellow (satnav/TV audio?)
12 - brown (satnav/tv audio?)

ice-link plug had:

2 - black
8 - white
9 - red

So.... I assume I just had to remove numbers 2, 8 and 9 from the BMW connector, and add the ice link cables in the correct position? Therefore not touching the phone and satnav connections?

This is what I did no idea where I have gone wrong.......

Any suggestions????
thanks for your help.

The plug pins are

3-7 / / No connection

11 / NAV / TV Audio +

What about the sound for the telephone? Mine was plugged into position the x13598 plug before, I didn't have anything in the plug next to it. And I've got no idea how i can have tv sound but nothing from sat nav as they use the same pin....

I believe the nav audio is separate and is on black plug: x13649 plug on pins 5 and 11. Phone audio is also on x13649 on pins 6 and 12. Are you sure you didn't somehow disturb the connections on that plug?

Thanks very much for your help, its all working now.

I feel a bit stupid to be honest....

I had only swapped the x13598 from the original quadlock, I hadn't moved the x13649 at all. Amazingly, moving that from the BMW quadlock to the dension quadlock worked...

Oh well, at least no one else needs to make the same mistake now...

Thanks again.
