ICELINK issue
I sent tom an E-Mail but wanted to know if anyone else had/has this issue. So I got the PLUS version plug it in and for a split second it works through my nav screen and then it goes to TR99 and displays AUX1 as in there is no connection. Now if I set the system to use controls on the Ipod itself it works like a charm. Any ideas guys? :tsk:  :dunno:

We can test the kit for you, but this would be a good idea to try before uninstalling. |

I swear, if you own a restaurant, and the food is crappy, as long as you've got good service, you won't be able to keep people out of the place! (No, I'm not saying that Tom has crappy products! ) |
icelink best "mod" made so far, and its electronics everything has flaws
|
it is due to vibration...
I was experiencing this problem too.
It appears to happen when you hit a bump that's bad enough to shake the iPod just sligktly loose from the cradle. I took a velcro strap to it (to hold the iPod more securely in the cradle). Seems better now... |
I get this issue all the time I have checked the leads and they all seem fine ? Any other ideas?

i tried a different module and problem solved
