Automatic volume control - can it be disabled?

I would like to be able to play higher volumes at low speeds...can this be disabled?

I think the answer is No from a previous post. I HATE that feature.

I can disable it on my 330xi. I don't know about the X5 - haven't tried.

:iagree: The most you can do is to set it to the minimum level of 1, which is what I do. It's a stupid feature that I hate...just wished there was an OFF button for it!
