Direct Replacement Sub?
 

Are there any subs that will fit in exactly the same space as my current sub? I have a 2005 4.4 w/ DSP. I don't feel like I get much kick out of the current setup.

I think folks are calling this setup a stealth setup :dunno:

Actually my X5 was the lucky one who Bavarian Soundworks installed the free sub system that fits perfectly in the place of the stock sub. I can tell you that the sound is amazing and the fit is flawless. I believe that they will be making this unit available in the next few weeks or days and i can tell you it will be worth the wait. If you have any more questions, i would be happy to answer them.

What an excellent deal! Can you tell me about the install? I am a novice at wiring and electronics. Does it have to be professionally installed?

Since we did the work for Tony, he probably can't tell you too much about the install. :)

It's basic wiring and the whole installation is not complex. If you are handy you can manage it yourself in an hour or two.

Do you have price and size (for freight) yet?

We have a price, but not a box size. Actually, we JUST put the product on our site as a pre-order offering. :)

Will you offer the sub & box, w/o the amp, if we already have an after market amp to use?

We are getting a lot of people requesting the system without amp, so it is very likely we will offer the enclosure preloaded with subwoofer.
