I need a stock Business CD Knob!

I removed my stock Business CD with intentions of replacing it with an aftermarket unit.

Now I want the stock unit back in but I can not find the volume knob (which has to be removed to take out the radio).

Does anyone have any idea on how I can purchase another knob without buying the whole unit?

You CAN buy just the knob. See attached picture for part number.
