adding an amp to a non dsp system.
 

Hi All,
I am just finishing off adding an amp and sub to my non DSP system, does anyone know the number of the pin and colour of the wire to tap the remote 12v signal to the factory amp.I previously followed the instructions on the article posted here but the purple/white wire listed does turn on the amp but must have a tiny current still live because the amp did not turn off with the ignition ,I am looking for the same wire that the factory system uses to turn on the amp, it will be in either the gray or white multi plug where I taped the speaker wires from.
