Picking up the signal...where?????
 

I am trying to install a new 4c amp so I got the schematics for a sticky on this site and followed the color code to the letter. However after splicing and joining cable I have no sound! The amp turns on, but no sound. I terminated the cable a few inches before entered the factor amp diverting it to my amp is this correct? This is awful confusing and before you refer me to a sticky don't bother I have read them all and here I write...
