Different part numbers for same Aux Input cable?
 
I'm planning on installing the Aux Input kit in a '03 X5 with nav. The DIY on the front page of X5world lists the part number as 65 12 0 153 503. RealOEM lists this as a euro part for $90. Bavauto has what looks like the same cable for $40, but that part number is 82 11 0 149 391. RealOEM doesn't have that part number. Are these in fact the same?

It's not the same. The AUX kit you are describing is OEM and intended for NAV vehicles only. We have the same AUX kit on our site:

This plugs into an empty 3-pin port behind your NAV screen on 09/02+ vehicles.
