Has anyone installed thier Stealthbox from the group purchase. Just curious what anyone thinks?

Yes!!! I had a 12" MB Quart Premium Sub powered by a 250/1 JL Audio amp before getting the stealthbox and happy to say that there isn't much drop in performance with the JL Stealthbox...

I was actually in on the Group Buy but since I was happy with my MB Quart setup it took me some time to install the new JL stealthbox...

I'll definitely have to modify the OEM cover by cutting a hole since the sub performs better w/o it...

The sound is SO much better with the cover off. I agree with cutting the stock cover so the sub can breath. It also sounds much better after playing for a few hours to break in.

It's awesome.....now to upgrade to other speakers.

Installed mine and it's great. I already had the BSW Stage 1 MB Quart upgrade and the the pair together are superb.

I just called JL Audio...the customer service lady said it didn't exist but put me through to the tech support guy who said it does exist. The SKU# is 94280 with a MSRP of $525. So if I get one, will it come with all the installation instructions?

So I just got a call back from the dealer and he says the box does not come with an amp? I thought the group buy included the amp? If not, what should I get?
