Sub install and speaker recommendations needed!

I have a Infinity Kappa Perfect 10" in a custom box I built but never used or carpeted to match. I then picked up a PC2400 by Precision Power to power everything. It is a monster amp, like 1000w or so configurable. Speakers will be something high end that hopefully drops in cleanly. JM Labs Focal Utopias perhaps.

What do I need to do to hook up the amp and speaker inputs to the headunit? I have the amp power/ground figured out, duh.

Should I reinstall the sub into a better box like the integrated custom boxes?

Opinions needed.

Not sure if you are going to find a "pre-made" box to fit a 10" - most of them only accomodate an 8".
